Cancellation & Refund Policy Last Updated: December 2025
This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for Splen Technologies' training programs, events, and learning services.
Once enrolled, participants may request cancellation only before the program commencement date . Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@splentechnologies.com . Cancellations requested after the program has started are not eligible for refunds. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, official offer letter, or institutional MoU.
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, partial attendance, or lack of participation. Recorded course access once granted is non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Splen Technologies. 3. Non-Refundable Scenarios Failure to attend live sessions or events Inability to join due to personal or technical reasons Change of mind after enrollment Violation of code of conduct leading to removal 4. Institutional & Corporate Programs Training programs conducted for universities or corporate clients are governed by separate contractual agreements. Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling terms are defined in the signed MoU or service agreement. This policy does not override institutional contracts. 5. Policy Changes & Disputes Splen Technologies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
