These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Splen Technologies’ learning platforms, training programs, events, and services. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Learning Programs & Enrollment

  • Splen Technologies provides live instructor-led training, recorded courses, and event-based programs for students, institutions, and organizations.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration and payment (if applicable).
  • Access to recorded content is provided based on the duration specified at enrollment.
  • Program structure, schedules, and trainers may be updated to maintain quality and relevance.

2. Live Sessions, Events & Recordings

  • Sessions may be conducted online, on-campus, or in hybrid mode.
  • Recordings are provided only when explicitly mentioned for the program.
  • Recording, redistribution, or resale of Splen content without written consent is prohibited.
  • Participants must maintain professional conduct during sessions.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or institutional MoU.

  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Missed sessions or partial attendance do not qualify for refunds.
  • Corporate and institutional programs follow separate contractual terms.

4. Certifications & Career Support

  • Certificates are issued only upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.
  • Career assistance does not guarantee internships or employment.
  • Misuse of certificates may result in revocation.

5. General Terms & Liability

  • Splen Technologies reserves the right to update pricing, content, or policies at any time.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
